Our farm

We are very pleased, that you have decided to visit our website. The scenic virtues of the area (crisp and fresh air, favourable microclimat, region of varied landscapes, woods and lakes) as well as engaging monuments, make that each of you who decide to visit our farm, is going to find something that will soothe his senses.
Let me invite you to the house where I spent my childchood. In 2002, together with my husband, we extended and modernized the house, adapting it to the agricultural purposes.
Our arable farm has been run for several generations. It specializes in raising cattle and milk production. However, on our farm you can also find animals as: pigs, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, cats and pigeons. Everyone who is eager to commune with these animals and willing to get to know their customs better is warmly welcomed.

Right behind the estate, stretches out a huge area (approximately 11 ha) which leads to the Świder river. It is a perfect place for cycling and strolling along the river. The area is safe, far away from urban traffic and perfect for children.

There is also a glade in the shadow of broadleaf trees, where squatted in front of the fire you can listen to the birds and enjoy the surrounding nature. Going further, among the meadows and fields of corn, you will reach a fish pond and pine forest. The pond is frequently visited by the fishermen and guests who bithely sunbathe or sail around. The area around the pond is distant from the village and a very snug place, where one can smell the fragrance of freshly cut grass. It is situated approx. 220 yds from the Świder river. At the end of our farm is a dam across the Świder, which makes the place a bathing beach every weekend.

What is more, the children will be enthused about the playground situated in the garden by the house and in case of raining days, we offer a drawing room inside the house. Regardless of the weather, guests can while away the time sitting on the patio. For the guests willing to explore the area, we organize rides in an open carriage. Furthermore, we also organize occasional events like: New Year’s Eve, name day, integration meetings and when the winter comes - sleigh rides.

Besides resting by the river, strolls and cycling trips we offer journeys to the picturesque woods (approx. 1.2 mi) where one can pick bilberries or mushrooms as well as visit local and nearby monuments like:
• XVIIIth century church and post-reformation monastery in Siennica
• College in Siennica,
• Manor house in Dłużewo from the 20th century,
• Manor house in Pogorzela from the mid-13th century,
• Manor house in Żakowo from the end of 19th century
